Our clients’ request for a new Guest House was an opportunity to expand their existing residence with enclosed space and a new system of patios and covered portals which connects the new build-out with existing. We were able to bring their day-to-day life experience onto the most spectacular aspect of the site, and enhanced their use of the home exponentially. Rock outcroppings set the stage for integration with the landscape. And we were able to maintain a discreet footprint while opening things up to vistas of the Rio Grande Valley.
